Exchange requests or product issues must be reported within 48 hours (2×24 hours) after the package is delivered.
Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, odorless, and unaltered. All hangtags must remain attached.
You must provide an unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and package condition from start to finish. We cannot process claims without this video.
We are committed to resolving size exchanges, shipping errors, or product defects. However, claims will be voided if you leave a negative or inappropriate review before the issue is resolved.
Shipping costs for size exchanges are paid by the customer, unless the exchange is due to our shipping error or a product defect.
We will inspect all returned items. If the product does not meet the requirements above (e.g., damaged, dirty, incomplete, or late), the exchange will be REJECTED and shipped back to you at your expense.
Reward points do not apply to returned orders.
